data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Aufgrund der zunehmenden Digitalisierung geh\u00f6rt die Kreativwirtschaft zu den wachstumsst\u00e4rksten Branchen \u00fcberhaupt und ist durch die hohe Rate der Digital Start-ups ein hoch innovativer, ja innovationstreibender Sektor. Die \u00fcbergro\u00dfe Mehrheit dieser digitalen Start-ups wird in Teams mit starkem kreativschaffendem Hintergrund gegr\u00fcndet. Insbesondere in der fr\u00fchen Wachstumsphase entstehen daher oft Konflikte zwischen den kreativen Ambitionen, den mehr starren organisatorisch-administrativen F\u00fchrungsaufgaben und den unternehmerischen Notwendigkeiten. Zur \u00dcberwindung dieser Dilemmas in der Unternehmensf\u00fchrung wie auch im Innovationsmanagement wird in der Forschung aktuell der Ansatz der Ambidextrie diskutiert, welcher f\u00fcr die innovationsfokussierten Teilbranchen der Creative Industries ebenfalls als ein interessanter Erkl\u00e4rungs- und Forschungsansatz herangezogen werden kann. Obwohl die Paradoxien zwischen Kreativit\u00e4t und Effizienz ein Schwerpunktthema der Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft sind, welches sich in iuh-Studien auch ablesen lassen, wurde die Ambidextrie-Forschung bisher kaum auf die Creative-Industries-Forschung bezogen.<\/p><p>Aufgrund der sehr hohen Gr\u00fcndungsquote besteht in diesem Kontext ein starker Bezug zum Forschungsfeld Creative Entrepreneurship und hier insbesondere zu den individuellen und unternehmensbezogenen Einflussfaktoren im Gr\u00fcndungsprozess, der Gr\u00fcndungsfinanzierung und Gr\u00fcndungsmarketing. Bei Digital Startups sind in der Gr\u00fcndungsphase und insbesondere in der fr\u00fchen Wachstumsphase organisatorische und strategische Entscheidungen und Strukturen im Innovationsprozess wichtig.
