Juni in Dublin, Irland statt und hatte das Fokusthema \u201cTransforming Business for Good\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf der EURAM Konferenz war der von Professor Konrad vorgetragene Beitrag \u201cThe Spark that Ignites the Whole: A Case-study on Aggregation Processes of Individual Ambidexterity within Entrepreneurial Teams in the Creative Industries\u201c der Autoren Florian Koch und Prof. Dr. Elmar D. Konrad (iuh \u2013 Hochschule Mainz) sowie Prof. Dr. Alexander Kock (TU Darmstadt) mehr als erfolgreich. Das Paper hat nicht nur den Best Paper Award des SIG Entrepreneurship gewonnen, es wurde auch aus \u00fcber 1.300 wissenschaftlichen Artikeln als der beste wissenschaftliche Beitrag (EURAM Best Paper Award 2023) pr\u00e4miert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die European Academy of Management ist eine wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft, die das Ziel verfolgt, die akademische Disziplin des Managements in Europa voranzubringen. Mit Mitgliedern aus 60 L\u00e4ndern in Europa und dar\u00fcber hinaus verf\u00fcgt die EURAM \u00fcber ein hohes Ma\u00df an Diversit\u00e4t und bietet ihren Mitgliedern die M\u00f6glichkeit, Debatten \u00fcber eine Vielzahl von Management-Forschungsthemen und -Traditionen zu bereichern.
